FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

Family Constellations are a tool that facilitates personal growth by allowing you to understand what is happening in a person’s life. Those who use this technique are helped to take the right steps towards the solution simply because they can clearly perceive the true cause of a problem. The principles on which Family Constellations are based are also innovative: in existence there are “orders” that regulate their functioning. Following these “orders” means living in harmony with a larger movement that began well before our birth. Through constellations the real causes of problems emerge quickly, the depth of the work draws on forces that go beyond the person. Sometimes in a few minutes the solution appears, a small gesture, a phrase, represent an essential mutation of a problem.

 
THE FACILITATOR:
My name is Anna Polin, I have a degree in pedagogy and specialized in clinical pedagogy. I am a counselor and facilitator in family constellations. The work I propose has a physical attitude.
1. My professional goal is to accompany the person towards the recognition of personal potential. In meetings, individual or group, I facilitate the solution that is already unconsciously present in the request that is made. I have no personal expectations, other than the contribution requested in exchange for the time and skills acquired during years of training.
2. I constantly update my professional skills by continuing my training with teachers I consider prepared. I collaborate with my colleagues to avoid confining myself to a solitary and self-referential activity.
3. My way of working is based on the absence of judgment. I recognize and share the history and the particularity of the person who asks for my intervention. I have no religious or ideological beliefs to defend or propose.
4. My work is pragmatic, it moves towards the solution and the focus of the problem. I reinforce the responsibility of the person who asks for my intervention.
5. My work excludes therapy. I do not make any medical diagnoses and I do not prescribe drugs.
6. I am bound by professional secrecy and I ask the same confidentiality from those who participate in the groups I lead: the information that is shared, especially during the work of family constellations, remains confidential.

MEDITATION RETREAT WITH MARIO THANAVARO

10 – 12 NOVEMBER 2023

 
 
In this retreat, in a friendly and intimate atmosphere, through relaxation, breathing, concentration, listening, meditation and silence, we will explore our inner world.

The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. It includes alternating sessions of sitting and walking meditation and daily Dhamma talks. All participants are required to observe Noble Silence and the five precepts for the entire duration of the retreat.

There will be the possibility of an interview with Maestro Mario Thanavaro.
Places are limited to 15 people.
Reservations are required.

Sorripa Evolution Center is located three minutes from the San Casciano VP Center by car, and thirty minutes on foot. Surrounded by olive trees, on top of a hill, you can see all the horizons, you can feel the sun kissing you with the first ray and the last, and you can enjoy the silence of the birds.
